One of the first websites I visited when I was first getting into the industry was Creativecow.net. This website is expansive and perfect for anyone entering or already in the industry because of everything it offers. Tutorials for beginners through advanced users alike taught by many leaders in the industry including Eran Stern; forums where users of all levels mix to ask and answer questions; a magazine, podcast and blog for all the latest industry news; a DVD series for education in all areas of the field; an area to upload, view and comment on projects and reels (a great place to get feedback on your reel!), and a ton more.
CreativeCow is a great community for everyone in the industry. Over it’s many years the site has gotten thousands of followers (I may be under-exaggerating by many thousand or million) so there is no lack of comments or education on this site.
