It’s here.
I realized today that I am a generation skipper, and I must be skipping the right generations. At least, I feel like I am. I skipped CS4 despite the cool updates they had made to Photoshop and other programs, but quickly snapped up CS5 because I was absolutely blown away by the leaps they had made in all of their software. The same goes for the Apple iPhone. I skipped the 3Gs despite it being faster and having a video camera and now I’m going to be purchasing the iPhone 4 because, once again, I’m blown away by the leaps they have made in both their software and hardware.
A front facing camera and a 720p HD rear facing camcorder (and 5MP camera with an led flash), a beautiful 3.5 inch display with 960×640 resolution, multitasking, folders for home screen icons, complete search including emails and web, the same super fast A4 processor that’s running my iPad, and a beautiful design (a standard in Apple-ville) only top the long list of 150 changes in the new Jesus Phone. Sure a lot of the software updates would be available on my 3G, but the added features with the iPhone 4 outweigh the idea of me keeping my 3G. It doesn’t hurt that my plan is up in July which means I can upgrade at a lower cost!
Forget about wrapping it up in a gorgeous, neat little package, Steve; I’ll be using my iPhone 4 as soon as it hits my hands!
