Quick Thoughts on the New Vikings Uniforms
The helmet is great. Where’s the gold (we are the purple & gold, after all)? The new font is cool. Wait… is this the Ravens jersey? The swoop on the arm resembles a Viking’s horn (or the bow of a ship… whatever). Cool. The colors look proper now. I like the Vikings logo. Where’s the gold? I like it when they finally modernize my team, but we are more than one color. Especially when another team comes along and decides their main color is going to be a darker version... Read The Rest →
New DJ on Subspace Radio
Here’s how it goes: I love soundtracks to movies, television and video games. I love playing Star Trek Online. It would only make sense to find a way to merge those two together, right? I have been busy working on other projects that have been taking up a whole lot of my time, but now I have come back to this website to give it the... Read The Rest →
The Hobbit: An Unexpected Journey (or There and Back Again)
There’s a special place in my heart for the J.R.R. Tolkien novel The Hobbit. I was first turned on to J.R.R. Tolkien during my early years in college. I had just finished the first three novels in the Shannara series by Terry Brooks and was looking for more fantasy to fill the void. I couldn’t believe my eyes at the attention to detail in crafting the world of Middle-Earth and all the characters... Read The Rest →

For all of us After Effects users who have been begging Adobe to add layer folding or grouping feature into AE (much like you see in Illustrator or finder/explorer windows), the wait is finally over thanks to the new GM FoldLayers plugin from Good Motion. The GM FoldLayers plugin works in a very simple way. After installing the plugin you create a null layer and name it with the prefix “|”. This will trigger the plugin causing it to become the parent layer and all layers below it to become... Read The Rest →
